All orders are processed in the order they are received.

2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
During peak shopping periods or major holidays, processing may require up to 5 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Fees
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order, regardless of destination.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Tracking Information
Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after label creation.
If tracking does not update immediately, the shipment is still in transit.
5. International Shipments & Customs
International orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.
Customers are responsible for:

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After an order enters the fulfillment stage, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and contents. We will review the claim and arrange a resolution if applicable.
If a carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost in transit, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
