All returns must be authorized before being sent back.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number so we can review and provide a resolution.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain purchases are not eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned in used or altered condition

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please:

  1. Submit a return request for the original order

  2. Once approved, place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.


6. European Union Customers

For orders delivered to addresses within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify under this provision:

  • Items must be unused

  • Returned in original condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This statutory right is separate from and in addition to the standard 30-day return window.


7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.


8. Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.
